Did you know that your mouth muscle is called the orbicularis oris? I didn’t. In fact I never gave it much thought until my wife and I were having a discussion about exactly how many sphincters the human body actually has. You know, like you do. Long story short we thought the mouth was a sphincter and it turns out were aren’t the only ones who had that wrong. The good news is, we do have sphincters in our eyeballs!
