It’s that time of year again folks, the Dark Souls are upon us. I haven’t actually gotten my copy yet but that’s only because Amazon won’t let you use reward dollars on a preorder for some reason. Now I have to wait for virtual death like some kind of peasant. I wasn’t sure if I was going to go ahead with my usual Souls comic this time because Penny Arcade made a comic recently that is dangerously close to the jokes I’ve made about these games in the past. Now, before anybody thinks I’m accusing Gabe and Tycho of being joke thieves, I’m fairly positive that they have no knowledge of, nor have ever read any of my work. You can see my older Souls preparation comics here and here. I just think it’s cool that Some of the most successful people in the field had similar thoughts to mine. Here’s hoping the game comes in by this weekend.
